Motivation is key

We have been in the new year for just over two weeks, meaning some people will start to lose grip on their much aspired resolutions they set for themselves a mere 14 days ago.

For those of you who are still going strong with your resolutions, what is your resolution? What keeps you motivated to stick to the goals you've set for yourself? I want to know what keeps people motivated to achieve the positive changes they desire in their lives.

  1. My goal was to go to the gym at least once a week. I keep going b/c we are paying for the membership and I like to stay healthy.

  2. My goal was actually to wear my hair down 3x a week. I get super lazy at school, so I'm trying to change that.
